IQSpaces
IQSpaces are categories that have been setup by your IQJam administrator that reflect the areas that are used to group questions together. Be sure to select the correct IQSpace when submitting your question. Use the IQSpaces navigator in the center column to select an IQSpace. IQJam uses Sub IQSpaces to further categorize questions. You will see Sub IQSpaces listed below IQSpaces in the navigator.
Ask a Question
Click on the "Ask a Question" button to post your question. The question form will then appear and you will need to select an IQSpace, a Sub IQSpace, your Question, a detailed description of your question, one or more tags and, any files and/or images. Click on the Submit button to save your question.
It is recommended that you click on the "Check for Similar Questions" button before submitting your question. IQJam will check to see if the question that you would like to ask has already been asked. If similar questions are found you will have the chance to review them.
Voting
Vote on a question to show whether you think it is important that it be answered. Questions with more votes are more visible to the rest of the community.
Vote on an answer to show whether you think the answer is correct or useful to the rest of the community. Answers with more votes are more visible to the rest of the community.
Answering a Question
If you know the answer to a question or want to add a comment fill in your answer and press the Submit button.
Follow and Unfollow an IQSpace or Sub IQSpace
You can receive email notifications when new questions get posted in an IQSpace of Sub IQSpace. To follow an IQSpace click on the "Follow this IQSpace" button at the top right of the view.
To stop following (or unfollow) an IQSpace click on the "Unfollow this IQSpace" button at the top right of the view.
You can see a list of all the IQSpaces you are following in your Profile.
Search
Use the Search bar at the top of IQJam to search for words and phrases.
Tags
Tags provide an easy way to search for knowledge stored in IQJam. Click on Tags in the top menu to access the All Tags view. Use the navigator in the middle column to look for tags for a specific IQSpace.
Leaderboard
This IQJam Leaderboard shows participation statistics for community participants. Statistics include number of questions, answers, correct answers, votes and total score.
