Can I answer my own question?
Sometimes we are lazy and don't search first.  I know we can't vote on our own, but if I answer it, and it is the correct answer, can I then vote on it?

And I can edit an "answered" question?  Not sure if that should be allowed.  Can really confuse people if I change it altogether...

Yes you can.  Reset Question to Unanswered and then mark the answer you want to be correct.
