When I open an ICS file, Notes does load/come into focus, but, it doesn't import the ICS file - it doesn't do anything.

 

Is there a means to reset and/or repair the open ICS file functionality in Notes without combing the registry. 

I checked in "Default Programs", and I don't even see "Lotus Notes" as a program, but I do see it in the MAILTO handler and elsewhere.
