Answer: Looks like you are navigating to a whole different page on selection?� If that's the case, then the component is completely reloading, and it won't keep the selection by default.� You'll have either set a sessionScope variable and programmatically reselect the given node, or preferably, can you accomplish the same thing using partial refreshes or loading the content into an iframe so that the tree (and data, etc) doesn't get reloaded ... I think you'll find it much faster as well...

1.� I use Firebug for tracking code, but didn't realize I could use it to instantly see styling changes - I'll use it for that too now.

2.� I decided to use oneui because when I applied Blueprint, it made the application look awful, and when I reapplied oneui it looked good again.�� As well, I thought since it ships with the software and is used most often, there would be more documentation on it, therefore it would be a better choice for a newbie.� But maybe not.

And can I use the screen.css file from Blueprint to add to an xPage in order to get the grid for that xPage?� Or are frameworks an all or nothing thing?

3.� My only problem with overriding the defaults is that I need to have the colours different for buttons and other items on different xPages.� And it seems that once I overridge the button colour for example, that is the colour all of the dijit buttons change to throughout the application.� So I'm trying to figure a way around that.� If you know of any way I could do this, please let me know.

It may have been easier to split these into separate questions as there's a huge amount of detail you're asking for here. But here goes anyway!

1.�- Firebug is your friend, it lets you see what styles are being used and edit them live to see what will happen.

�

2. �You're not the only one using the OneUI. Personally I don't like it (hence this site using Blueprint CSS and our own custom css) but each to their own. It is very complex really so I would rely on using the XpagesFramework application from OpenNTF and not editing the UI elements of that template.

�

3. The dojo elements have their own styling as you've picked up. You can define your own theme and override all of the styles but again this is a lot of work. Overriding the defaults the way you're doing is really the way to go for simple changes.

4. Rule of thumb is that you should never use inline styling, always move that out to your stylesheet for maintenance reasons. Of course expediency sometimes takes over but generally you shouldn't be using inline.

5.�Again Firebug is your friend.

We basically limit the formatting options to what's available in the rich text editor toolbar that you see. So we offer:

Bolding, Italicising, Underlining, Strikethrough
Bullets and numbered lists
Indenting (which also works well for code samples, see�here)�
Links to other pages
Embedded images which are hosted elsewhere (ie you need to know the URL for the image)

If you want to do more serious formatting then you will need to know CSS and be willing to open Domino Designer (we sell the templates open so you can see and edit all fo the source code).

Actually Michelle both the author and a person/group designated with authority for the IQJam system and/or an IQSpace can mark an answer correct.

We are seeing customers deploy IQJam and having success getting people to mark questions as being answered.�

I'd say that you should probably better highlight the questions that have been answered so that if you're looking at the view as a whole they stand out a little more.

It's something that's on my "to do" list but I haven't got around to yet. In our customer sites we don't see the embedding get a huge amount of traction. Instead people ask for APIs to do their own thing, so we've added the JSON and Web Services APIs for IQJam to allow them to do just that.

My plan for the blog widgets would be to make use of the JSON API and wrap it into something that does a simple AJAX request and formats the results into something pleasant.

If you add an image, there also has to be some text in the body as well. I suspect that's why your image is not showing up on the question.
