Answer: You may want to check out another Sandbox app that I also reworked a little bit. My link has some screenshots of the app (which I haven't touched in over 2 years).

Question: So I was tasked with an In/Out board for a small team - lovely, aside from the many questions I have to the requester, who asked that it be integrated with the induhviduals calendars, I've got a little best practices/how to question or two.
