Domino 8.0.2 fails to install

Question: During installation of Domino 8.0.2 (32 bit) on Windows Server 2003 R2 I am getting an error. The error has to do with the Java JVM. I tried installing Sun Java and that didn't help. I am thinking it has to do with admin rights on the Windows box. Any insights would be helpful. The Windows box is all patched and the virus software has been temporarily turned off....
