How can I control what css files are loaded by xPages?

When viewing a xPage in the browser, Domino will automatically load a lot of css files which seem not related to my controls. i.e the stylesheet "RadioButton.css" is loaded even if I have not added any radiobuttons to the xpages. I am looking for a way to control this output …

What does this CSS do and why does it not work under XPages?

Ok. Maybe it doesn't work in other webservers, but then why have it at all? This can't be desired behavior.
