How to sort a column on number of docchildren?

for a categorized column I have as formula: @Trim(Tx_MainCategory) + " (" + @Text(@DocChildren) + ")" Now I would like to category with the most docchildren to appear on top, how do I do this?

Can't sort the Mail drafts view by date - Error while browsing Notes view - The design of column $55 does not provide for sorting the view as requested.

"Document has been deleted" message in views, yes a Shift-F9 will fix, but how to prevent?

A couple of my databases that frequently delete documents are frequently needing to be Shift-F9 ed because the view are not properly removing the deleted documents. What can be done to prevent this? What might be causing this to happen?
